The Rubbermaid Commercial Products® CirculAir 90™ Pure scent refill is engineered to deliver reliable air care performance with verified recyclability. A light, fresh fragrance with soft powdery notes, clean airy tones, and subtle floral and mint scents. Made from a single material, the refill is recycle-stream-ready and requires no dismantling. Independently validated to meet key recycling system requirements and design guidelines in the USA. The refill and dispenser feature a battery-free design for uninterrupted performance and 60 days or more of maintenance-free fragrance. Formulated without VOC propellants, the passive refill supports indoor air quality while reducing environmental impact compared to TCell. Each dispenser effectively covers mid-size washrooms with 3–4 stalls or fixtures, up to 6,000 cubic feet.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is basically a third-party certification program. It is a nationally accepted organization for design, operation and construction of high performance green buildings.
